Drawing on Workstead’s incredible attention to detail in the design of this 40-story Greenpoint Landing building, IF Studio crafted the campaign slogan “Design Is In The Details”, highlighting unique stats and facts about the property. Guided by GKV Architect’s inclusion of Beton Brute facade etchings, IF Studio included refined graphic elements throughout the branding, that mimic Dorflinger crystal, a once-local Greenpoint manufacturer. The marketing for this property was digital-first, therefore IF Studio art directed a timelapse render highlighting water views to launch the teaser and for the full launch developed interactive renderings to engage users.
