Windsor North Village

Windsor’s North Village is the newest extension to round off Windsor, a private sporting residential community, located in Vero Beach, Florida. The North Village is a model for development as a form of environmental stewardship. IF Studio was tasked with developing a brand for the North Village while working within the established Windsor brand guidelines. We developed three clear objectives for this project. First, to establish the North Village as a new, wellness and sustainable-focused extension of Windsor. Second, to appeal to a new generation of Windsor residents and attract buyers who resonate with the North Village’s leisure activities and brand values. Third, to redefine Windsor for the future and challenge the current model of country club communities with its next iteration. 

To live in the North Village is to live connected with nature, where you can’t help but be captivated with the infinitesimal subtleties of nature’s beauty around you, and feel drawn in for a closer look. Our creative direction focuses on the wonder, delight, contentment, and curiosity a North Village home brings.
