When IF Studio was brought on for the renovation of 220 East 72nd Street, we focused on the way that The Dermot Company and JG Neukomm had gone “back to the drawing board” to envision a new 220 East 72nd. This sparked our use of hand drawn illustrations as a method to communicate the life you live at 220 East 72nd St, which allowed us to speak to possibilities, imagination, aspiration, inspiration, creativity.
