After launching 50UNP in 2015, Zeckendorf came to us in 2019 with 18 of their larger apartments remaining on the market and tasked with creating a campaign that would renew broker interest in the building.
Our dramatic campaign focused on the unique values 50UNP has to offer: unparalleled views, spacious living areas, and high ceilings. We executed a fashion forward lifestyle photo and video shoot to create show-stopping assets that allowed the building stand out in the crowded NYC high end condo market.
