This is not your grandmother’s Upper West Side! 720 West End, a 1920s landmark designed by Emery Roth, has evolved over the last 100 years. Today, Thomas Juul-Hansen’s modern design caters to a diverse demographic. Our branding concept highlights the building’s unique history and modern living, distinguishing it from other luxury pre war condos. We chose a timeless color palette and bold imagery to create a joyful, modern identity that contrasts with the historic architecture. We aimed for 720 West End to reflect the Upper West Side’s spirit: a community embracing new ideas and progress.
