A bespoke rental residence in Hudson Yards, the Ken Fulk–designed Henry Hall was a new concept in residential living playing on the mood of an exclusive boutique hotel with dining and nightlife by Delicious Hospitality Group. Henry Hall became an attraction for those “early adopters” of Hudson Yards before it was what it is today. The boutique building boasts unusual offerings such as a jam room, candy bar, WFH lounge and room service from the restaurant.
We branded Henry Hall to promote this new concept in residential living and focused on the unique offerings through language, materiality and imagery. We micro-targeted millennials looking to re-create a cool, downtown vibe through community, social interaction and nightlife.
