North 6 Lofts

One of IF Studio’s earliest commercial projects, North 6 Lofts was situated in the coveted Williamsburg and offered full-floor boutique lofts geared toward the creative field. We were inspired to create a brand that celebrates the building’s industrial heritage (which dates back to the early 1900s) while showcasing all of the upgrades that were made to make it a boutique 21st-century office building, complete with dynamic glass windows and a garden backyard.
