When IF Studio was brought on to brand two condo buildings on the Long Beach Boardwalk it was emphasized that the key factors that will draw customers to this oceanside superblock are the endless and stunning views of the oceanfront and Manhattan skyline, the access to the boardwalk at your doorstep, and the under one-hour direct train ride to Manhattan. With these conveniences in mind, The Boardwalk was born – a first-of-its-kind super-residence bringing a fresh wave of luxury living to the charming oceanfront enclave that is New York’s Long Beach.
Through a fine art approach IF Studio honed in on the senses – sight, sound, touch, taste and smell, and created a campaign that embodied the authenticity of Long Beach while also elevating the classic nostalgic beach lifestyle. With an emphasis on ocean drone video/photography, through texture in the print collateral, and by extending the expansiveness of the ocean into the clean, modern, fresh and breathable sales gallery experience, we were able to create a holistic brand experience where you can feel the grit of the sand, smell the salt of the sea, and hear the crashing of the waves both inside and out.
