The Capitol

As a returning client, Madison Group hired IF Studio to create a memorable brand and marketing campaign for their latest condominium in Toronto. Inspired by the location’s legendary history as the famed Capitol Theatre, we took inspiration from the theatrical to set the stage for an uplifting, celebratory and aspirational campaign which paid homage to the building’s past and painted the scene for future residents.
