The Mill Greenwich

We were delighted to brand The Mill Greenwich, an adaptive reuse renovation of an old Mill site into luxury apartments. Set amongst the Byram river and an ear shot from downtown Greenwich, we positioned this property as a wellness enclave – where your home, services, and destination dining are all in a walkable village atmosphere. Through a combination of drone footage, carefully selected stock that capture lifestyle, mood, texture and emotion, and detailed renderings of the amenities, buildings and interiors, we were able to highlight the significance of everything The Mill has to offer – a community rooted in a rich heritage and the natural beauty of its surroundings.
