The Story
Inspired by the revolutionary heritage of Hudson Square and the iconoclastic nature of its inhabitants, the “characters of 15 Renwick” campaign represented a mash-up of history and present day, played out in photography, renderings and film. The campaign visuals were extreme, beyond the credible, to represent the eccentricity of this target.
In phase two of the campaign we continued in this vein, using talent in actual product to sell the remaining penthouses and town houses.
