The Story

Inspired by the unique Hudson Square location and the iconoclastic nature of its inhabitants, the “Characters of 15 Renwick” campaign focuses on residents, and represents a mash-up of history and present … played out in all photography, renderings and film. The campaign visuals are extreme, beyond the credible to represent the excess and eccentricity of this target.

A phase two campaign continued in this vein, using talent in delivered product to sell larger, pricier remaining units via print and video.
