250 West Sales Gallery

As part of our overall branding and comprehensive marketing campaign for this luxury conversion to residential condos, we designed a 4,500 square foot art/sales gallery on the ground floor of the property. Taking into consideration the artistic nature of the conversion and esteemed Tribeca location, we presented an art gallery concept that made art and sculpture out of all elements of the project such as the windows, infrastructure, quartz countertops, neighborhood and building history. These “stories” appeared as sculpture and art in the gallery and glass boxes were constructed to accommodate sales presentations, conference areas and a coffee bar. This space launched a successful presales strategy and remained open through sell out.
