Cumulus District

Located on the border of Culver City and West Adams in Los Angeles, right at the Expo Line Station, Cumulus District is a bold new vision for LA. Spanning 11 acres, Cumulus District is a livable, walkable, transit-friendly mixed-use development, comprised of over 1,200 rental apartments within VOX, a 7-story midrise building, and ARQ, a 31-story high rise tower. Taking over the site of the old Cumulus radio station, Cumulus District has over 100,000 square feet of retail on the site, including the neighborhood’s first Whole Foods Market, and a one-acre public park.

IF Studio was brought on to the project early in 2015 to help establish the destination identity and brand and have worked on the project in phases with the team over the course of five years and counting . . . Each building has its own distinct look and feel that complements one another under the Cumulus District Brand. As well as playing a big role in the strategy and branding, the studio was an integral part of the team for the overall marketing, social media and PR efforts.
