Plank Road

A ground-up boutique residential building in Pacific Heights, Plank Road offers residents phenomenal views and amenities. Studying the area, IF Studio determined the target audience as “makers”, conscious consumers interested in traditional craft methods and engaged with their community. Stemming from this “makers” concept IF Studio executed a lifestyle shoot, both stills and film, with the feeling of a Wes Anderson film with all its charm and nostalgia. These assets complemented the vibrant branding colors and made for a joyful and eye-catching marketing campaign that has been received very well by potential renters.
